Our ICBO and BOCA approved MacLean / Dixie Helical Foundation System products allow our certified installers to repair and stabilize structures which have shifted due to expansive soil, un-compacted fill, collapsible soil and other geologic problems. We can do this at a lower installed cost compared to traditional fabricated or power-in-place means. Placed during new construction, these fast, power-installed helical pier products prevent future problems.
